How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Does CRAFTD jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, every piece comes with a Lifetime Warranty. If your jewelry fades, breaks, or tarnishes through normal wear, we will replace it free of charge.
How should I care for my jewelry?
While our jewelry is highly durable, we recommend wiping it down with the provided microfiber cloth after wear and storing it in its original pouch to maintain its high-shine finish.
